A Career Counseling Workshop- Nour WGSS- Al Hussainieh

The mobile team of Nour WGSS in Al Hussainieh conducted a three-day career counseling workshop that targeted a group pf young female students.
The conductor, Ahmad Hammoud, said, “The first two days were mainly dedicated to introducing the various available academic programs and their requirements. The participants were trained to identify their strengths and goals for the future as well as exploring employment or further training opportunities through regular sampling of workplace settings. During the third day, participants learned how to effectively create  their own personal resumes, how to look for a job, and how to crack job interviews successfully. “
The mobile team coordinator, Aya Saleh, said, ” The goal of the workshop is to help women find ways to create job stability because a higher job stability leads to  improved individual mental and psychological health. That is why choosing the right career, which should start at an early stage of one’s life, is quite crucial to improving one’s economic empowerment and life-situation.”
It is worth mentioning that the mobile team of Nour WGSS in Al Hussainieh constantly strives to empower and support women and help them acquire their rights.
