Bidaya Football Academy starts operating in Bidaya Center in Al Hussainieh

Under the slogan, “Our Kids are Potential Stars of the Future” and in cooperation  with Safad Football Club, Bidaya Football Academy starts its operations in Bidaya Center in Al Hussainieh. The academy’s main objective is to offer professional football training sessions and develop the technical abilities of young players through programs that will eventually lead them to a successful football career.

Mazen Ahmad, Bidaya Center Manager, said, ” The academy that has already attracted 170 children aims to increase the popularity of football even more around the community. It also aims to develop and bring out the hidden talent inside the young and aspiring players by providing them with an opportunity to learn new techniques and skills under the guidance of our trained and experienced coaches and in the best of environments.”

“The academy offers lectures, seminars, and workshops on  English football terms, football arbitration, and football rules in order to educate the young players on  the fundamentals of football,” added Mazen.

” I feel that the Football Academy will pave the way for me to become a professional football player. I will practice as hard as I can to grab the opportunity given to me by Bidaya Center,” Sewar, a child, said.

It is worth mentioning that Bidaya Center in Al Hussainieh has been offering sports developmental activities as part of Sports for Development Program which is one of the United Nations programs for sustainable development.
