NFRD Participates in Charity Bazaar At Ommaya Hotel

NFRD participated in the Ommaya Hotel Charity Bazaar which was organized by the Syrian Commission for Family and Population Affairs in coordination with the UNFPA between December 13th and 15th, 2018.

The charity bazaar was officially opened on December 13th, by Dr.. Rima Al Kadri, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor. The bazaar, which lasted until December 15th, was held to conclude the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Campaign.

” This bazaar is one of many marketing platforms that support permanent bazaars,” Dr. Al Kadri said.

Saeed Al Shihabi, Member of the Board of Directors, said, “We as NFRD are participating in this bazaar with items produced by beneficiaries of the Woman Support Program. The products include needlework fabric, embroidered fabrics, sewn goods, handmade accessories, in addition to different kinds of homemade jams.”
